What is a Laboratory Oral Fluid Drug Test?
A test performed at our UKAS 17025 laboratory facility and used for legal purposes. We collect all oral fluid (saliva) samples using Strict chain of custody procedures. Next, we dispatch the samples by secure courier to the laboratory. Once received, we perform an initial screen to analyse for metabolites of the drugs requested. We will issue laboratory results if the screen provides a negative result. Results are via secure password protected PDF reports. But, if the screen result provides a Non-negative result, the samples will undergo confirmation testing. After this stage of the test, we confirm and quantify the drug metabolite found. Finally, we will send you a full laboratory report confirming the details.
